2017 wasn’t the greatest reading year for me but luckily I’ve been able to read some amazing books this year. I somehow compiled a list of my top 10 favorite reads of this year, though I had a tough time. I might have to make a post with the runner-ups. I’m not going to write reasons why these are my favorites, just because I may make a separate post for that, but I will have the books that turned into all-time favorites at the end of the post. 🙂

The Fixer by Jennifer Lynn Barnes ||The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas || Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco || The Hating Game by Sally Thorne || Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood || Caraval by Stephanie Garber

New additions to my all time favorites:

Orbiting Jupiter by Gary D. Schmidt || How to Make a Wish by Ashley Herring Blake || Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller (review here) || The Serpent King by Jeff Zentner (review here)

Have you read any of my favorite books of 2017? Let me know if you would like to hear my thoughts for any of these titles if I haven’t wrote a review already! What were some of your favorite reads in 2017?

    1. I still haven’t finished the sequel to The Fixer but it’s on the top of my list for next year! I really enjoy her writing so I’m interested in looking into more of her work. I just finished SJTR this past week so I’m definitely getting to the sequel soon!
